Military Life, Marriages & Families
With increasing service member suicides each year, community, state and federal levels of care are now more available than ever. The level of care can vary from mentorship to supportive counseling. For some, however, services may involve extensive therapy or more effective therapy treatments.
Are you a service member, military family member or veteran? Military and family life can be both exciting and stressful. With constant changes, moving, deployment, separation, inevitable relationship conflicts and parenting, military life can take its toll on anyone who is in that whirlwind environment, not to mention, trauma, PTSD and grief during and after deployment or retirement.
I hope to be there to walk alongside you in your struggle to help cope with those changes and unexpected life circumstances. I utilize Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) Trauma-Informed treatment and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in particular to help people become unstuck in their daily lives.
Let's connect, rewind, restore and rewrite the story and live life to its fullest!
